Please submit the form below to enroll your dancer. Each enrollment form will be received and an account will be set up. Once the account is set up, you will receive an emailed invoice for your enrollment fee and first months tuition.

All accounts are to be paid by the 10th of each month. There is a 5% late fee for accounts not paid on time. Accounts may be paid by cash, check, credit, or bank transfer.
TUITION remains the same regardless of the amount of weeks in the month. Due by the 10th of each month.
Summer 2024 Recreational Classes
Single Class: $18
2 Week Pass (two classes total): $32
4 Week Pass (four classes total): $60
6 Week Pass (six classes total): $80
8 Week Pass (eight classes total): $108
DRESS CODE
Ballet: All ballet classes must wear a leotard & tights. Pink ballet slippers. Hair should be in a bun or pulled up off of the neck.
Jazz: All jazz classes must wear leotard & tights or bootie shorts and a sports top. Tan Jazz shoes. Hair must be pulled up off of the neck.
Hip-Hop: All hip hop classes must wear dance attire. Tennis shoes.
Pom: All pom classes must wear dance attire or bootie shorts and a sports top. Jazz shoes.
Tap: All tap classes must wear dance attire. Tap shoes need to be tan mary jane style shoes. Hair should be up off of the neck.
Company: Company must wear company leotard to ballet each week or black leo and pink tights. We are wearing BLOCH jazz, Leo black & white tap, & split sole ballet shoes.
